Dr. Jason Jamali is a Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon who practices the full scope of the specialty. He obtained degrees in both dentistry and medicine from Columbia University and the University of Michigan respectively. After medical school, he completed 2 years of general surgery training before finishing his residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the University of Michigan. Dr. Jamali’s experience as a Full time Assistant Professor at the University of Illinois was invaluable.

During his 2 years at UIC he provided clinical and didactic instruction to both students, residents, and oral surgeons in addition to authoring numerous publications. He has special interests in orthognathic surgery, sleep apnea, facial trauma, and implantology. Dr. Jamali has continued his commitment to resident education at Advocate Illinois Hospital where he covers level I trauma. Outside of work Dr. Jamali enjoys spending time with his family, skiing, running, and travel.
